I can’t find my cart?
As soon as you begin to purchase by using our “+cart” button your cart will open in a separate pop up window, this means that when you click back onto the main site page to continue shopping your cart will minimise.
Please ensure your security allows pop ups on our site by adding our URL to your trusted list.
All you need to do to find the cart back is any of the following;
- move your mouse to the bottom of your screen and reopen the cart window
- go to an items ”Details” page and use the “View Cart - Checkout” link
- purchase another item
- use this link VIEW CART - CHECK OUT please be aware that this link opens a new window and you may then have 2 cart windows open.
- is your cart still empty? Then you have pop ups blocked, please change your settings or phone your order through.
- Once you have checked out your cart will close, you will however receive an email almost instantaneously with a list of the items you have ordered.
There is no need to remember a password to log onto our site simply start shopping adding items to your cart.
Ooops I need to alter the qty in my cart?
When you change your item quantity in the cart either to zero (not blank) to remove an item or to another total you then need to use the recalculate button, this will take you to the shipping area where you select your shipping method for the initial time or confirm the method you have already selected, the cart can then make your alterations allowing for the change in weight of your order.
Can I add to my order after checkout?
Once checkout has been completed Crystal Flair begin processing your order, we would prefer it that you place a new order and request the two to be shipped together rather than ask us to manually add further items. If you have placed a couple of orders within a day or two of each other, simply place a special request in the comments section of the cart to see if we can combine the shipping.

How do I know my order went through?
Your order has been successful when you reach the final checkout page with your order ID#
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit card details securely online or by phone, we also accept ANZ bank deposit and money orders within Australia, simply check the payment option box as you checkout, we will be in touch with a final order and payment details amount if paying other than credit card.
How do I know my payment went through?
Your payment has been successful when you receive a shipping notification from us. It has been unsuccessful if you receive a payment reminder email.
Some goods were out of stock in my order?
Our site is manually updated daily, occasionally there may not be enough of an item in stock to meet multiple quantities. We will send an email and wait for the next business day before processing the order as it is.
My goods haven’t arrived?
Please allow adequate time for a parcel to arrive though no longer than two weeks. After you have contacted us we will do our best to trace your package via Australia Post.

Eeek I lost all the items in my cart?
Sorry the cart times out after 30 minutes of non action, keeping it active from time to time will prevent this eg: recalculating the cart. You can also print it or copy and paste as you go along if you have a large order.
Can I order a print catalogue?
We do not have a print catalogue, all our items are listed online.
Do you sell wholesale?
You can save on the listed prices by using our newsletter member discount of 5% during checkout, there is an additional 2.5% to 5% discount for orders starting from over $75.00, plus free shipping in Australia for orders over $250.00.
The prices have change since my last order
Due to importing our goods and the nature of the precious metals market we regularly adjust our prices to reflect the current commodity prices and exchange rate. This means sometimes our prices are reduced and at other times they increase, we do apologise for any inconvenience when reordering stock.
Can I order in bulk?
As stock on hand ties up cash flow we usually have enough for general orders on hand but not enough for bulk orders. If you want a large quantity pop us an email and we can arrange to get extra in when we place one of our frequent orders with our wholesalers. Prices will depend on exchange rates and precious metal prices at the time of order.

Where are you located?
We are located in Perth metropolitan.
Can I come and browse?
As we are a home based business we do not have the facilities for browsing stock. We may consider an order pickup if pre arranged.
Is all your stock listed?
Yes all our stock is listed in our online catalogue, we do take requests sometimes though.
Do you accept international orders?
We do as long as we can verify the buyer and are happy with the shipping destination, there is a minimum requirement of $100.00 of goods, after discount, per order.
How accurate are the pictures?
We take great care to represent goods as accurately as possible. It must however be taken into account that monitors and browsers can represent colours with a cast, also many small items will be magnified. Any questions regarding size, colour and finishes need to be asked prior to ordering.
